Nurofen Junior 7 years+ 100 mg with orange flavor, 12 capsules, Reckitt Benckiser

Nurofen Junior 7 years+ with orange flavor is used in children aged 7 to 12 years to relieve pain of mild to moderate intensity, such as sore throat, toothache, earache, headache, pain minor sprains and strains, and cold and flu symptoms.

Also, Nurofen Junior 7 years+ with orange flavor causes a decrease in high temperature (or fever).

Composition:

The active substance is ibuprofen. Each chewable capsule contains ibuprofen 100 mg.

How to use:

• Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure
• Nurofen Junior 7 years+ with orange flavor is for oral administration
• The capsules must be chewed and then swallowed
• The capsules can be taken with or without food
• This medicine is for short-term use only
• The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest period of time necessary to relieve symptoms
• Do not administer Nurofen Junior 7 years+ with orange flavor to children under 7 years of age.

The recommended dose is:

• 7 years - 9 years: Two capsules 3 times within 24 hours
• 10 years - 12 years: Three capsules 3 times within 24 hours
• Doses should be given approximately every 6 to 8 hours (or with a minimum of 6 hours between doses if necessary).
