Ibusinus is indicated as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic and decongestant of the upper respiratory tract and paranasal sinuses.

Through the two active ingredients - ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, it causes nasal-sinus decongestion and improvement of the symptoms of sinusitis and respiratory diseases.

It is recommended in the treatment of sinusitis, rhinosinusitis, respiratory diseases and in the symptomatic treatment of influenza.

Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains 200 mg of ibuprofen, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.

How to use:

• Adults, elderly and children aged 15 years and over: The recommended initial dose is 2 film-coated tablets. If necessary, treatment will continue with 1 or 2 film-coated tablets every 4 hours
• The maximum recommended dose is 6 film-coated tablets in 24 hours
• It is recommended that the duration of treatment does not exceed 5 days
• Children under 15 years of age: It should not be administered to children under 15 years of age.

Contraindications:

Patients with hypersensitivity to the active substances (ibuprofen, pseudoephedrine) or to any of the excipients.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:

• Ibusinus is not administered during pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Driving and using machines:

• Adverse reactions have been reported during the administration of the combination of ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride: headache, drowsiness, nervousness, dizziness, asthenia, palpitations
• It is recommended to avoid the administration of the drug Ibusinus î in case of people who drive vehicles or use machines.
