Antifungals

I bought this cream in an attempt to get rid of my dermatitis. I found out that terbinafine is effective against certain fungi and yeasts, including Malassezia, but seborrheic dermatitis isn’t explicitly listed among the indications in the package insert. I used it together with ketoconazole cream: one product in the morning and the other in the evening. At first, I applied the treatment daily, and over time, I managed to get rid of the dermatitis. I can’t say how much of the improvement is due to terbinafine and how much to ketoconazole, since I used them at the same time. After the problem went away, I noticed that if I stop the treatment completely, the symptoms come back, so now I only use ketoconazole about once a week for maintenance.

Excellent product—it was very effective against athlete's foot in just two weeks. I'm very satisfied and will buy it again to keep on hand.
