Theraflu Max cold and cough, 10 sachets, Gsk

Short-term symptomatic treatment of cold and flu symptoms and chills, when accompanied by pain and/or mild to moderate fever, nasal congestion, with expectorant effect in case of productive cough.

Composition:

• One single-dose sachet contains paracetamol 1000 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 2.2 mg (corresponding to 10 mg phenylephrine base) and guaifenesin 200 mg
• Excipients with known effect: each sachet contains sugar 2 g, sodium 117 mg (equivalent to 5.1 mmol per sachet) and aspartame 30 mg (E951).

How to use:

• Theraflu Max Cold & Cough is indicated for adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over
• One sachet every 4-6 hours, as needed
• The total daily dose should not exceed 3 sachets in a 24-hour period (1 sachet taken three times a day)
• The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days.

Contraindications:

Do not use Theraflu Max Cold & Cough if you are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, guaifenesin or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Theraflu Max Cold & Cough.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:

• Do not take Theraflu Max cold and cough if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Driving and using machines:

• This medicine may cause dizziness
• If you feel dizzy, do not drive or use machines.
