Aspirin Plus C 400 mg/240 mg, 20 effervescent tablets, Bayer
ASPIRIN PLUS C contains acetylsalicylic acid and ascorbic acid as active substances and is used in adults and adolescents over 16 years of age for the symptomatic treatment of headache, toothache, sore throat, menstrual pain, muscle and joint pain, pain back pain, minor joint pain.
It is also used for the symptomatic treatment of pain and fever associated with colds and flu.
Active ingredients:
- Each effervescent tablet contains acetylsalicylic acid 400 mg, ascorbic acid 240 mg

How to use:
- Adults and adolescents (over 16 years of age): 1 – 2 effervescent tablets of ASPIRIN PLUS C (on average 500 mg acetylsalicylic acid) repeating as needed at intervals of 4-8 hours, without exceeding the maximum daily dose of 4000 mg acetylsalicylic acid
- It is recommended not to exceed the dose of 1 g of ascorbic acid per day, for a long time
- The effervescent tablets are dissolved in a glass of water before administration
- This medicine is administered according to the leaflet and according to the recommendations of the doctor and pharmacist.
Precautions:
Do not use ASPIRIN PLUS C
- if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or any of the ingredients of this medicine
- if you have an active gastric or duodenal ulcer
- if you have an increased bleeding tendency (haemorrhagic diathesis)
- if you have a history of bronchial asthma induced by the administration of salicylates or substances with similar action, especially non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
- if you have severe liver failure
- if you have severe kidney failure
- if you have decompensated heart failure
- if you have phenylketonuria.
Consult your doctor before use:
- If you are using other medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid
- If you regularly use pain relievers
- If you have a history of ulcers or bleeding in the stomach or intestines, or inflammation of the lining of the stomach (gastritis)
- If you have liver, kidney, heart or blood circulation problems
- If you have asthma
- Various allergic reactions
- If you are going to have surgery
- If you are taking other medicines at the same time
- Acetylsalicylic acid is not recommended for use in children
- Do not take this medicine in the last trimester of pregnancy (after the 24th week of pregnancy)
- In the first and second trimester of pregnancy (during the first 24 weeks) you should ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
- During the breastfeeding period, it is not necessary to interrupt breastfeeding in general in the case of short-term use of the drug, at the recommended doses for pain or fever
- However, if long-term and/or high-dose use (more than 6 effervescent tablets per day) has been prescribed in isolated cases, the patient should discontinue breastfeeding
- Do not use large doses of ASPIRIN PLUS C for long periods of time without a doctor's recommendation
- ASPIRIN PLUS C contains sodium 933 mg per effervescent tablet. This is an over-the-counter medicine
