Coldrex Sinus Extra 500mg/3mg/50mg, 20 tablets, Perrigo

Always use this medicine as directed in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Indications:
For the symptomatic treatment of the common cold and flu as well as sinus symptoms (for the relief of sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal and sinus congestion, fever, headaches and muscle pain).

Composition:
Each tablet contains paracetamol 500 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 3 mg and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 50 mg

Mode of administration:

• Always use Coldrex Sinus Extra exactly as your doctor has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• The recommended dose for adults is 1-2 Coldrex Sinus Extrade tablets 3 times a day (do not take more than 6 tablets / day and more than 2 tablets / intake).
• In case of renal failure with creatinine clearance < 10 ml/min, the interval between 2 doses must be at least 8 hours
• Use in children between 12-15 years
• 2-3 Coldrex Sinus Extrazi tablets (do not take more than 3 tablets / day and more than 1 tablet / intake).
• The tablets must be swallowed whole, with enough liquid, preferably half an hour before a meal.
• Tablets should not be split, crushed or chewed.

Contraindications:
Do not use Coldrex Sinus Extra:
if you are hypersensitive to paracetamol, phenacetin or other anti-inflammatories (increased risk of allergic reactions) or to any of the components of the medicine;
- if you are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- do not administer to children under 12 years of age.

Precautions:
Before using Coldrex Sinus Extra, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:

• If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
• It is not recommended to take Coldrex Sinus Extra during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
Due to the adverse reactions it has (for example drowsiness, vertigo, accommodation disorders, etc.), the product may influence your ability to drive vehicles or use machines.
