Lepicol is a food supplement rich in fiber containing inulin and psyllium that contributes to maintaining a normal intestinal transit.

Administration:

Adults - Take 1-2 full teaspoons dissolved in 250 ml of water or juice once or twice a day (5-10g). Consume immediately after mixing, then drink another glass of water (250 ml). It is recommended to start with a low dose which can then be gradually adjusted according to needs.
Children - Half the adult dose under adult supervision. For children under 11 years old, parents should contact the doctor before administration.
Pregnancy - Lepicol can also be used during pregnancy, but it is always recommended to consult your doctor before taking any food supplement.

Recommendations:
Ingestion of Lepicol without liquid can cause drowning. For each teaspoon, always consume a glass of 250 ml of liquid. Psyllium fibers come from the shell of Plantago Ovata seeds and absorb 20 times more liquid than their own weight; stimulates the elimination of waste from the digestive tract.
Inulin (prebiotic), extracted from chicory root, contains fructo-oligosaccharides, necessary for the development of healthy intestinal flora.

Each 5 g of Lepicol provides 3.7 g of fiber.

Probiotic cultures are part of the normal flora of the colon - they stimulate immunity, inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
