• Psyllium fibers come from the husk of Plantago Ovata seeds and absorb 20 times more liquid than its own weight; stimulates the elimination of waste from the digestive tract
• Inulin (prebiotic), extracted from chicory root, contains fructo-oligosaccharides necessary for the development of healthy intestinal flora
• Probiotic cultures are part of the normal flora of the colon - stimulate immunity, inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria

How to use:

• Lepicol is consumed twice a day at least 30 minutes before meals
• Shake before use
• Adults: Take 1-2 teaspoons dissolved in 250 ml of water or juice once or twice a day (2.5-5g). Consume immediately after mixing, then drink a glass of water. For each teaspoon, always consume a glass of 250 ml of liquid. It is recommended to start with a low dose that can then be gradually adjusted according to needs
• Children - Half the adult dose under their supervision. For children under 11 years of age, parents should consult a doctor before administration
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding - Lepicol can be used during pregnancy, but it is always recommended to consult your doctor before consuming any dietary supplement.

Contraindictions:
