Colon C, 200 g is a powdered dietary supplement containing three natural ingredients:

• Psyllium husk
• Inulin obtained from chicory
• Bifidobacterium lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria.

Ingredients:

• Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata Forssk.), chicory inulin (Cichorium intybus L.), lactic acid bacteria strains (Bifidobacterium lactis BL3 and Lactobacillus acidophilus LA1)

• 10 g of powder contains: Psyllium husk 6.5g, chicory inulin 3.5g, fiber 8.6g, lactic acid bacteria (Bifidobacterium lactis BL3 and Lactobacillus acidophilus LA1) 5 x 108 cfu*.

How to use:

• Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 heaped teaspoon (5 g) of powder twice daily (morning and evening). Children over 6 years of age: Use half a teaspoon (2.5 g) of powder twice daily (morning and evening)
• The powder should be mixed with cool water or juice and drunk immediately. Colon C can also be added to yogurt and other cool foods
• For every 5 g of supplement taken, drink at least 250 ml of liquid
• Mix thoroughly before use
• The product can be used daily, without any time restrictions.

Warnings:

• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product's ingredients. May contain sesame seeds and mustard
• This dietary supplement should always be taken with adequate fluids, as insufficient fluid intake may cause constipation. Psyllium husk shortens intestinal transit time, which may affect the absorption of medications.
