Grippostad Hot, 600 mg/plate, 10 sachets, Stada

Indications:
Grippostad Hot is a medicine used to relieve pain and reduce fever (analgesic and antipyretic medicine).

Grippostad Hot is used:
- for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, for example headache, toothache, menstrual pain and/or fever.

Intended for use in children over 10 years of age, adolescents and adults

Contraindications:
Do not use Grippostad Hot:
- if you are allergic to paracetamol or any of the other components of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before using Grippostad Hot, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Task:
During pregnancy, Grippostad Hot should only be used after careful evaluation of the benefit/risk ratio. During pregnancy, you should not take Grippostad Hot for prolonged periods of time, in large doses or in combination with other drugs, because in these cases the safety of use has not been proven.

Breastfeeding:
Paracetamol passes into breast milk. As no adverse effects on the infant are known to date, discontinuation of breast-feeding is generally not necessary for short-term use.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
Grippostad Hot has no effect on the ability to drive and use machines. However, caution is advised after using any painkillers.

Administration method:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Unless a doctor prescribes otherwise, the recommended dose is:
Dosing should be based on the information in the following table.

Doses of paracetamol depend on age and body weight and are generally 10-15 mg/kg body weight as a single dose, up to a maximum daily dose of 60 mg/kg body weight.

A single dose (one sachet) is equivalent to 600 mg of paracetamol.

Doses can be repeated at intervals of 6-8 hours, i.e. 3-4 single doses per day. An interval of at least 6 hours should be kept between doses.

Do not take more than 1 sachet at a time.

If other medicines containing paracetamol are used at the same time, make sure you do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose of paracetamol.

Composition:
- The active substance is paracetamol. A sachet of 5 g of powder contains 600 mg of paracetamol.
- The other ingredients are: anhydrous colloidal silicon, coated (microencapsulated) ascorbic acid (vitamin C) (ascorbic acid-ethylcellulose), aspartame, anhydrous citric acid, sugar, lemon flavor H&R 290252.
One sachet contains 3.8 g of carbohydrates.
