Dulcolax is a local laxative used to stimulate bowel movements and facilitate stool evacuation.
The active substance is bisacodyl, which acts in the colon, stimulating the natural process of evacuation.
Important! Dulcolax is intended for use in adults and children over 10 years of age, under the supervision of a doctor for younger children.
Forms of release
Dulcolax is available as gastro-resistant tablets, each containing 5 mg of bisacodyl. The package contains 30 dragees.
ingredients
Active substance: bisacodyl 5 mg per tablet.
Other components: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, glycerol, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), yellow iron oxide (E172), carnauba wax, shellac, acacia gum and others.

Contraindications
Do not use Dulcolax if you have:
Allergy to bisacodyl or other components of the drug;

Severe abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting;
Severe dehydration.
Particularities of use
Consult a doctor before using Dulcolax if you need daily laxatives, have kidney problems or suffer from dehydration. Do not take this medicine with antacids or milk, as these may affect its effectiveness.
Side effects
Dulcolax can cause the following side effects:
