Herbal tea with calming and relaxing properties.
Organic product.
Melissa (Melissa officinalis L.)
The leaves, collected and packaged according to their balsamic period, have relaxing properties and are characterized by the presence of an essential oil (minimum 0.15 ml/100 g) and rosmarinic acid (3.5%).
Lemon verbena leaves
The addition of 5% Verbena (essential oil minimum 0.2 ml/100 g) gives the infusion a pleasant taste.

Lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) from 95% organic farming; verbena leaves (Lippia citriodora Kunth) 5%.

How to use
One filter is enough to prepare one cup of infusion.
Pour the boiling water into a mug containing the filter bag and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered to avoid losing the more volatile substances.
For sweetening, we recommend using honey.

Format
