Gastrotuss Light anti-reflux syrup, 500 ml, Vitamed

Gastrotuss Light is a low-calorie antireflux syrup intended for use in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, which may be associated with esophageal inflammation and damage to its epithelium.

It also alleviates symptoms and other effects of reflux: mediastinal pain, a feeling of swelling and obstruction below the throat, heartburn and belching, cough due to reflux irritation of the glottis, nasopharyngitis, and dysphonia.

The syrup supports epithelial regeneration and creates a mechanical barrier between the stomach and the esophagus.

Due to its low calorie content, it is also recommended for the treatment of reflux in overweight/obese patients, diabetics, and in any case where a low-calorie diet is necessary.

Indications:

Gastroesophageal reflux.

Ingredients:

Magnesium alginate, simethicone, fructose, xanthan gum, honey, D-panthenol, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sucralose, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, flavor, purified water.

How to use:

• Children 3 to 5 years: 5 ml after meals and before bedtime, or as directed by a physician
• Children 6 to 12 years: 10 ml after meals and before bedtime, or as directed by a physician
• Adults and children over 12 years: 20 ml after meals and before bedtime, or as directed by a physician
• Shake well before use.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

Warnings: 

• Do not exceed the recommended dose; follow the recommended directions for use
• If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a physician
• If you are taking other medications, take Gastrotuss last
• Keep out of reach of children
• Store at room temperature in a tightly closed container, away from heat sources
• Suitable for children and pregnant women
• Do not use the product after the expiration date printed on the packaging
• The expiration date applies to properly stored products in unopened packaging
• The product may have a more or less viscous consistency, which does not affect its quality
• Close the bottle tightly after use
• The packaging contains a measuring cup
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product.
