PHARMACOKINETICS

RULES FOR CORRECT ADMINISTRATION

* Emulsion: Administer after meals. Shake before use. For children under 2 years of age, it is advisable to administer with a bottle or other food or liquid.

POSOLOGY

* Emulsion:
- Adults and children over 12 years: 90 mg of simethicone (10 ml or 1 large spoonful) 3 times a day. Do not give more than 495 mg of simethicone (55 ml or 5 and a half large spoonfuls) per day.

ADVERSE REACTIONS

OVERDOSE
