Fasconal is een geneesmiddel dat wordt gebruikt bij lichte tot matige pijn en om koorts te verlagen bij verkoudheid en griep. Het wordt meestal aanbevolen voor volwassenen en kinderen ouder dan 15 jaar. De werkzame bestanddelen zijn acetylsalicylzuur en paracetamol - pijnstillende en koortswerende werking, codeïne - centraal pijnstillend, matige intensiteit en cafeïne - zwakke centrale psychomotorische stimulans met antimigraine werking. Fasconal Pro bevat paracetamol, cafeïne en propylfenazon.
