Ganoderma (Ganoderma lucidum) of reishi paddenstoel is een essentieel element in de Chinese geneeskunde en talrijke onderzoeken hebben de voordelen voor de gezondheid naar voren gebracht. De belangrijkste actieve ingrediënten zijn triterpenen, polysachariden en peptidoglycanen.

Toepassingsgebieden

Ganoderma heeft ontstekingsremmende, antivirale, antimicrobiële en immunomodulerende, hepatoprotectieve, pijnstillende, koortswerende, cytotoxische en kalmerende effecten. Het wordt aanbevolen voor het chronisch vermoeidheidssyndroom, angst, moeite met inslapen en in slaap blijven, aandachtstekort, leversteatose, preventie van diabetische complicaties, hypercholesterolaemie, ontgiftingskuren, virale infecties (stimuleert het immuunsysteem), enz.

Ganoderma koffie is een drank die normale koffie combineert met Ganoderma-extract. Het kan talloze gezondheidsvoordelen bieden dankzij de combinatie van cafeïne en actieve bestanddelen in Ganoderma. Ganoderma koffie heeft veel voordelen: Het ondersteunt de immuniteit, cardiovasculaire functie, verhoogt het energieniveau en beschermt de mentale gezondheid. Ganoderma koffie heeft ook een verhoogd gehalte aan antioxidanten.

Dosering en wijze van toediening

Dosering en wijze van toediening variëren afhankelijk van het type product, de toedieningsvorm en de concentraties of andere actieve ingrediënten. Tabletten en capsules worden gewoonlijk 1-2 tabletten 2-3 keer per dag ingenomen, meestal 30 minuten voor de maaltijd. De doses voor kinderen en adolescenten zijn lager. De tabletten of capsules worden doorgeslikt met water of fijngestampt in de mond (de bioactieve stoffen worden op deze manier sneller opgenomen). Als slikken moeilijk is, kunnen de tabletten doormidden worden gebroken.

Aanwijzingen

Er kunnen enkele contra-indicaties zijn voor Ganoderma paddenstoel of Ganoderma koffie. Het is gecontra-indiceerd in geval van allergie voor een van de ingrediënten.

Interacties met andere geneesmiddelen en voedingsmiddelen

Kan interfereren met bepaalde medicamenteuze behandelingen: anticoagulantia of chemotherapeutica. Het wordt aanbevolen om een arts te raadplegen voor gebruik.

Bijwerkingen

In het algemeen is dit product veilig. Enkele zeldzame reacties zijn: Uitdroging van de luchtwegen, misselijkheid, maag-darmproblemen.

Overdosering

Neem de aangegeven doseringen in acht en vermijd overdosering.

Opbewaarcondities

Opslaan bij kamertemperatuur, beschermen tegen vocht en warmte.
