Properties :
- contains standardized Valerian root extract, 300mg/capsule;
- offers guaranteed 0.8% valeric acid;
- contains Valerian root extract, 200mg/capsule;
- in the form of vegetable capsules, which can also be administered in vegetarian/vegan diets.
- reduction of sleep disorders (inadequate sleep duration, difficulty falling asleep, heavy awakening in the morning, increased number of nocturnal awakenings, sleepiness during the day, lack of energy, low concentration, irritability, apathy;
- improving sleep quality and latency (the time it takes to fall asleep);
- activation of receptors involved in sleep regulation: GABA, adenosine, glutaminergic;
- increase in the period of the REM phase - fast-wave sleep (rapid eye movements, total abolition of skeletal muscle activity, changes in heart and respiratory rhythm, slight tendency to increase blood pressure, deep sleep, dreams appear, plays an important role in functional maturation of the CNS);
- decrease in the period of the NREM phase – slow-wave sleep (without rapid eye changes, decrease in the frequency of respiratory movements with decrease in pulmonary ventilation, bradycardia, slight decrease in blood pressure);
- relaxation of smooth muscles;
- improving the quality of sleep, including in the case of menopausal women, by inducing a state of calm, reducing the state of restlessness, agitation, stress (increases the level of serotonin): increasing the binding of glutamate (an excitatory neurotransmitter), interaction with ionotropic NMDA glutamate receptors ( N-methyl-D-aspartate), KA – kainate receptors;
- reduction of gastrointestinal disorders (antispasmodic effect).

Administration method:
1 capsule/day at meals with 200 ml of water or as recommended by the specialist consultant.
