The drug is a vaginal solution containing the drug benzydamine chloride, which has a significant effect against pain, inflammation and swelling when applied locally. The drug is intended for vaginal irrigation and irrigation of the external genitalia in inflammation of the female genitalia and for routine feminine hygiene.

The drug is used for the treatment of inflammatory manifestations of the vagina, cervix and external female genitalia, including those that occur after treatment with cytostatics and after radiation, before and after gynecological surgery.

Benzydamine chloride.

How to use:

• The recommended dosage is 1-2 times a day
• Treatment of bacterial vaginosis caused by Gardnerella vaginalis: 2 vaginal irrigations per day for 7 consecutive days are recommended, unless otherwise recommended by the doctor
• Regular hygiene: irregularly, as needed
• The medicine is intended for local use using the applicator that is part of the inner packaging
• The solution should be used at room temperature
• If the patient wants to use the solution lukewarm, it is enough to immerse the PVC packaging of the medicine in warm water for a few minutes
• When opening the PVC packaging, the knurled cap is held firmly and the cap is turned so that the safety seal is broken
• The applicator is pulled out until a snap is heard
• Be careful, the solution will only start to flow out after the applicator is completely pulled out
• The applicator is carefully inserted into the vagina and then the PVC packaging is squeezed until the contents are emptied
• Emptying can be gradual and regulated as needed, because the built-in valve prevents the solution from flowing back into the PVC packaging
• If possible, the entire contents of the packaging should be used for douching
• To achieve maximum therapeutic effect, the solution should be retained in the vagina for several minutes. In other cases, the instructions of the attending physician should be followed.

Warnings:

• It is recommended to prescribe the drug during pregnancy and lactation only in indicated cases
• The drug can be used for vaginal irrigation and irrigation of the external genitalia in girls older than 15 years
• The drug can be used for irrigation of the external genitalia in children from 6 years of age
• Long-term use may lead to sensitization. Treatment should be discontinued in such cases
• If an infectious cause of the disease is proven, the drug must be administered together with specific local or even general treatment
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. The bottle should be kept in the outer packaging to protect from light.
