Borage oil contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is an essential omega-6 fatty acid. Fish oil is a source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) - unsaturated fatty acids from the omega-3 group. The preparation also contains biotin, which helps maintain healthy hair, and riboflavin (vitamin B2), which supports skin health. Zinc helps maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. In addition, zinc and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Vitamin C supports proper collagen production to ensure proper skin function and helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

Good product for nails and hair
Read originalI have been using this product for a long time and when I saw that there were many more tablets I took it. I actually noticed that yes, it is true there are 240 tablets, but they are much smaller than those sold in Italy and the weight is also less 40g instead of 50g.
