Panadol Rapid 500 mg quickly and effectively relieves headaches, migraines, back pain, toothache, including those that occur after dental procedures, tooth extractions, menstrual pain, neuralgia, joint pain - including those from osteoarthritis and rheumatic diseases, muscle pain, sore throat, fever and post-vaccination pain.

Panadol also relieves discomfort from colds, flu, sore throats and reduces fever.

Panadol Rapid accelerates the dissolution of tablets, compared to regular paracetamol tablets and provides rapid initial absorption of paracetamol, with the help of a complex of excipients obtained through a technology called Optizorb TM. This technology is found in the composition of Panadol Rapid tablets.

It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain of mild to moderate intensity.

Composition:

• Each tablet contains 500 mg of paracetamol
• Panadol contains paracetamol - analgesic (fights pain) and antipyretic (reduces fever)
• Panadol does not irritate the stomach
• The tablets have an elongated shape, being easy to swallow.

Method of administration:

• Adults: 2 tablets 1 to 4 times a day
• Do not repeat the administration at an interval of less than 4 hours
• Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours
• Children (between 6 and 12 years): 1 / 2 tablets up to 1 tablet 1-4 times a day is recommended
• Do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours
• Do not administer to children for more than 3 days without medical advice
• Do not administer to children under 6 years of age without medical approval
• If symptoms persist, consult your doctor
• Do not exceed the established dose
• If the recommended dose is exceeded, consult your doctor immediately, even if you do not feel ill.

Contraindications:

• Do not take with other products containing paracetamol
• If you are allergic to paracetamol, do not take Panadol
• In case of kidney failure, serious liver disease or problems or if you are taking other drugs (metoclopramide, domperidone, cholestyramine) consult your doctor before taking Panadol
• In case of treatment with anticoagulants, if it is necessary to take a daily painkiller for a long time, you can occasionally take paracetamol
• If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before taking Panadol.
