green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis).

Administration method:
Internal:
Powder for sublingual administration - plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take one teaspoon 3 times a day. The powder is held under the tongue or chewed for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water.
Cold maceration - prepare from a spoonful of herb added to 250 ml of water (one cup), keep for 6 hours at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 3 cups of macerated per day.
Infusion - prepare a spoonful of the plant added to 250 ml of boiling water (a cup), keep for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 3 cups of infusion per day.

Contraindications:
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, intolerance to green tea.
