Plant sterols contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when at least 0.8 g of plant sterols are consumed per day. The daily serving of the Prostamer 1000 supplement contains at least 17.9 mg of pumpkin seed sterols.
To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared effect, it is recommended to use 2 capsules of a dietary supplement with added plant sterols daily. The package contains 80 capsules.

Hello,
I liked the product because I was already familiar with it and always have it brought back for me from Poland.
What I didn't like so much was the packaging in a plastic bag. The medicine boxes were squashed flat and some were open.
Since we frequently need other medications as well, it would be great if you could find a better solution for this.
