Description
Enzymatically pre-digested (hydrolyzed) chicken cartilage extract manufactured in France, which not only contains the collagen from the cartilage, but also preserves other components of the extracellular matrix that forms the cartilage. So, in addition to type II collagen, it also contains hyaluronic acid and aminoglycans, mainly chondroitin sulfate , naturally, without additives.
Dosage
1.5 g (= 3 ml or about 1 slightly rounded teaspoon) per day is recommended. It can be taken at any time, with or without food, but is best taken half an hour to an hour before exercise or, if you have joint problems, half an hour to an hour before needed (ie before a long walk, for example).
It can also be taken on an empty stomach. It is best to dissolve it in a little water or other liquid, because although the taste is mild, it is not a delicacy, that is, it is better to take it once.
