Indications:
Duofilm is indicated for the local treatment of warts.
Duofilm is a medicine for external dermatological use.

Composition:
-The active substances are: salicylic acid and lactic acid. One ml of cutaneous solution contains salicylic acid 167 mg and lactic acid 167 mg.
- The other excipients are: flexible collodion (contains pyroxylin, rosin, castor oil, ethyl alcohol, ether).

Method of administration:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
It is used only externally, on the skin.
It is used in adults and children aged 2 years and over.
Adults and the elderly:
Duofilm should be applied directly to the wart only once a day, preferably at night before going to bed. Be careful to avoid applying it to the healthy skin area around the wart.
Use in children and adolescents:
In children under 12 years of age, treatment should be done under the supervision of an adult.
Treatment with Duofilm is not recommended in children under 2 years of age.
Duofilm is not recommended for the treatment of warts or verrucas that cover an area of ​​the body larger than 5 cm (approximately the size of a postage stamp).
The duration of treatment is determined depending on the severity of the condition, and can last 6-12 weeks.
Do not continue treatment for more than 12 weeks.

Contraindications:
Do not use Duofilm:
- if you are allergic to salicylic acid, lactic acid or any of the other ingredients of this medicine;
- if the wart or the area of ​​skin around it is red, irritated, with open wounds or infected;
- on moles, birthmarks or warts where hair grows, warts that have red edges or an unusual color;
- on warts on the face, in the genital area or on the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose or mouth;
- on healthy skin.

Precautions:
Avoid contact of Duofilm solution with the eyes, nose, mouth or vaginal area (mucous membranes) as it may cause irritation.
In case of accidental contact of Duofilm solution with open wound areas, eyes, nose, mouth or vaginal area, immediately wash the affected area with water for 15 minutes.
Be careful not to apply Duofilm solution to healthy skin around the wart or wart as it may cause irritation. If extensive skin irritation occurs, treatment should be discontinued and you should contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Duofilm is not recommended for patients with diabetes or those who suffer from poor blood circulation or those who cannot feel their hands or feet (due to nerve damage).
Do not inhale the vapors from the Duofilm solution as you may feel dizzy.
Do not use Duofilm near an open flame.
Children and adolescents:
Duofilm is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
Caution is advised in use in children aged 2-12 years. Duofilm is not recommended for children or adolescents who have any signs of fever (high temperature), who have a viral infection (such as flu or chickenpox) or who have just recovered from any of these conditions.

Pregnancy, lactation and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
There is no information on the safety of Duofilm in pregnant women. Duofilm is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
Substances in Duofilm may pass into breast milk. Breastfeeding is not recommended while using Duofilm.
If you are breastfeeding, do not use Duofilm in the breast area so that the Duofilm solution does not accidentally get into the baby's mouth.

Driving and using machines:
Duofilm does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.
