Description
Colostrum, also known as foremilk, is the first milk produced by mammals for their newborns to provide optimal nutrition during the first few days. Colostrum is a natural source of proteins, building blocks, vitamins, minerals, growth factors, amino acids, immunoglobulins such as immunoglobulin G (IgG), and immune cells. The colostrum used in these capsules is obtained exclusively from cows in controlled German herds within the first 24 hours after calving.
A cow typically produces more colostrum than the calf needs. Only this surplus may be used for the production of ColostrumB capsules. Only food-grade colostrum is used for this product. A special cold filtration process gently processes the colostrum, preserving almost all of its important natural components.
