Description
Medical device.
Adjunctive treatment of reparative processes in atrophic and dystrophic conditions of the vaginal mucosa. Promotes healing in the postpartum period, in gynecological surgery and in dystrophies resulting from chemotherapy and ionizing radiation. Treatment of various types of vaginal dryness.
It exerts its activity due to the presence of hyaluronic acid, a mucopolysaccharide abundantly distributed in many tissues of the body.
Hyaluronic acid, due to its ability to retain water, forms a film that hydrates, accelerates and improves the process of re-epithelialization and tissue repair.

How to use
Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
Peel a pessary off the blister along the pre-cut line. Remove the pessary by pulling on the two blister tabs. Hold the pessary between your fingertips. Lie on your back and insert the pessary deep into your vagina.

Adults: Use one vaginal suppository daily or as directed by your doctor, preferably at night before bed to avoid leakage. Avoid holding the vaginal suppository between your fingers for too long, as it may dissolve.
The duration of use depends on the evolution of the symptoms. If necessary, the product can be used for long periods of time. In any case, after 30 days of continuous use, discontinue treatment for one week.

Sodium salt of hyaluronic acid (5 mg), Centella asiatica lipolic extract, calendula lipolic extract, aloe vera lipolic extract, tea tree essential oil, semi-synthetic glycerides, BHT.

warnings
The product is intended for vaginal use only.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not ingest.
Once inserted into the vagina, the egg dissolves, so a whitish, odorless discharge may appear.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as no specific clinical studies have been conducted, consult your doctor before using the device.
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to one of the product components.
There are no known interactions with other products, therefore it is advisable to consult your doctor before using CICATRIDINA ovules in combination with other medical devices or medications for vaginal use.
Use, especially prolonged use, of all topical products may cause sensitization. If this occurs or other adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Conservation
Store the medical device away from light and heat, preferably between 4°C and 25°C. Avoid temperatures above 30°C.
The expiration date refers to the product in its intact packaging, properly stored. Do not use after the expiration date or if the packaging is opened or damaged.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
