BCAA plays a very important role in the body of athletes: it helps prevent the destruction of muscle tissue and increases insulin production after training; helps to prevent the rapid onset of fatigue in endurance athletes; helps strengthen the immune system.
Way of ussage:
4 tablets per day are recommended: 2 tablets 1 hour before training and 2 tablets after training.
