Allé gel, 100 g, Fiterman
Allé gel is indicated in:
- Treatment of chronic venous diseases (thrombophlebitis, superficial thrombosis) and their inflammatory complications, as well as acute inflammatory venous diseases (superficial phlebitis)
- Phlebitis prophylaxis
- Treatment of post-traumatic injuries of joints and soft tissues accompanied by blood flow and local edema (dislocations, sprains, contusions, muscle strains, meniscal conditions, tenosynovitis, contractures, hematomas).
Benefits:
- Synergistic anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-thrombotic and anti-edematous action very beneficial in inflammatory conditions of a venous or musculoskeletal nature
- Fast absorption of active substances, enhanced by the action of menthol in the composition
- Moisturizes the application area, through the dexpanthenol present in the composition
- Indicated in the case of traumatic conditions where intense pain does not allow massage
- Available in 3 forms of packaging of 25 g, 45 g and 100 g, which allows to customize the cost of the treatment according to the duration and area of administration.
Composition:
- 1 gram of gel contains diclofenac sodium 10 mg and heparin sodium 500 IU
- Also contains levomenthol, carbomer (Carbopol 980), dexpanthenol, trolamine, ethanol 96%, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, n-propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, purified water.
How to use:
- Apply 2-3 g of gel 1-3 times a day to the skin of the painful area (over a length of approximately 5 cm, at the level of the injured area), then gently massage
- In the case of treating venous conditions, it is not recommended to massage the area, but to apply an occlusive dressing over the area where the gel was applied
- The duration of treatment depends on the doctor's recommendations and the therapeutic effect obtained

Contraindications:
Do not use Allé gel if you have: hypersensitivity to heparin, to diclofenac, to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, to acetylsalicylic acid or to any of the other components of this medicine.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
Pregnancy:
- The use of the drug can be done with caution in the first 2 trimesters of pregnancy, only if absolutely necessary and only if the maternal therapeutic benefit exceeds the potential fetal risk and is contraindicated in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Breastfeeding:
- Since non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are excreted in breast milk, it is recommended to avoid administration of this drug during breastfeeding.
Driving vehicles and using machines:
- Administered in the recommended doses, this medicine does not influence the ability to drive vehicles or use machines
- However, patients should be warned that if there are conditions that increase systemic absorption, adverse reactions may occur that may affect the ability to drive vehicles or use machines.
