Frankincense 100% pure essential oil, 10 ml, Sabio

The health benefits of frankincense essential oil are due to its antiseptic, disinfectant, astringent, carminative, cicatrizing, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, sedative and tonic properties. It is recognized for its contribution to reducing stress, strengthening immunity, improving skin health and boosting memory.
As an added ingredient in skin care products, it treats dry skin and reduces the appearance of wrinkles, age spots, scars and stretch marks.

Way of ussage:
For a relaxing bath - in a bowl, mix one cup of Epsom salt, 10-12 drops of frankincense essential oil and, if preferred, possibly another relaxing oil (such as lavender, rose or ylang ylang) and mix well. Add to bath water and enjoy the result.
Face mask for revitalizing tired skin - combine 3 teaspoons of clay and apple cider vinegar with 6 drops of frankincense essential oil and mix. Apply to the skin, leave on for 15-20 minutes and then remove.
Important information for the safe use of the product - the essential oil is a product that is not used as such on the skin, but only diluted in a vegetable oil or butter or as an ingredient in various cosmetic or aromatherapeutic preparations.
Carry out a pre-use test of the product, in the crook of your elbow, at least 24 hours before application.
The usual dosage in cosmetic preparations is 0.5-2%.

Avoid use by hypertensive people, by pregnant or lactating women;
Keep well closed and out of reach of children.
Do not swallow. If swallowed by mistake, rinse the mouth thoroughly with milk and then drink a large glass of milk and seek immediate medical attention.
Do not get into eyes or mucous membranes. If it gets into the eyes or a mucous membrane, rinse the area well with a sufficient amount of milk and seek the help of a specialized medical staff.
If irritation/itching/discomfort occurs after applying a product containing essential oil to the skin, immediately apply a vegetable oil to the area in question to dilute the concentration of essential oil.
