Oregano essential oil (R53), 10ml, Fares

Properties:
The essential oil of wild oregano is extracted from the species Origanum vulgare, known in our country as oregano, being a plant with a pleasant aromatic smell.

Ingredients:
essential oil of wild oregano (Origani aetheroleum) chemotyped in carvacrol, obtained by steam distillation from the aerial part of the plant Origanum vulgare.

Administration method:
Internal use:
The recommended amount of oil is mixed with a teaspoon of honey or syrup.
It is used for 7-14 days. It can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks.
Children 7-14 years: 1-2 drops 3 times a day.
Adults: 3 drops 3 times a day.

External use:
Inhalations:
3-4 drops of essential oil:

- put them in a bowl of hot water and inhale for 5-10 minutes while leaning over the bowl with your head covered with a towel;
- it is diffused in the room with the help of a diffuser or sprayer;
- apply on a tissue or cotton disk.

Massage:
Mix 1-2 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of fatty oil (olive, grape seed, etc.). After the massage, the oil should not be removed by washing for 6-8 hours.

CAUTION

• Do not use undiluted.
• It is not recommended, for internal use, in case of gastro-duodenal ulcer, gastritis, pregnant women and nursing mothers, children under 7 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.

Avoid overdose, abuse and contact with eyes.
