Progent disinfecting solution, 5+5 doses, Menicon

Progent removes proteins and is used for rigid gas permeable contact lenses.

Progent is a combination of 2 sterile solutions:

• Progent A (sodium hypochlorite, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, purified water)
• Progent B (potassium bromide, sodium carbonate, purified).

Ingredients:

• Solution A: NaClO 20.3 mg, purified water up to 5ml/dose
• Solution B: KBr 30.75 mg, purified water up to 5ml/dose.

How to use:

• Leave the lenses to soak in the Progent solution for up to 30 minutes
• Soaking the lenses for longer than 30 minutes is not recommended.
• After using the Menicon Progent solution, it is recommended to rinse the lenses with a saline solution or a cleaning solution for hard lenses
• Menicon Progent treatment is recommended every 2 weeks, but it is recommended to confirm the frequency with the specialist.

Contraindications:

• Do not use Progent if you are allergic to any of its ingredients
• Do not use the product with soft lenses, including hydrogel or silicone-hydrogel.
