Each Magnefar B6 Bio tablet contains 60 mg of magnesium ions in the form of magnesium citrate ( Magnesii citras ) and 6.06 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride ( Pyridoxini hydrochloridum ).
The product is indicated for use in case of magnesium deficiency, which can cause the following conditions:
- nervousness, irritability, mood changes, mild anxiety, restlessness, temporary tiredness, lethargy, mild sleep disturbances,
- anxiety symptoms such as gastrointestinal cramps or heart palpitations (no heart problems)
- muscle spasms, tingling, twitching of the eyelids.
