Ingredients : Acidity regulators (sodium bicarbonate, sodium phosphate), magnesium lactate, potassium citrate, zinc malate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

The daily portion contains : from 515 mg to 2060 mg of sodium; from 125 mg (6% RWS*) to 500 mg potassium (25% RWS*); from 55 mg (8% RWS*) to 220 mg (32% RWS*) of phosphorus; from 26 mg (7% RWS*) to 104 mg (28% RWS*) of magnesium; from 2.5 mg (25% RWS*) to 10 mg (100% RWS*) zinc - *RWS - % of reference intake values.
How to use for adults : dissolve ½ to 1 teaspoon in 200 ml of water, drink 1-3 times a day. Take at least half an hour before or more than 2 hours after a meal. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage : Protect from moisture and keep out of reach of children.
