What does plantain leaf cure?
An infusion of plantain plant - Plantaginis lanceolatae folium can be used to rinse inflammatory lesions of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat . Plantain is also indicated for the relief of wet and dry cough. It has an expectorant effect, supporting the physiological processes of cleaning the airways and lungs of phlegm that may remain there as a result of the infection.
Flos ® infusion from dried plantain leaves can also be applied locally to the skin in the form of compresses. It is useful in the treatment of skin inflammation .
