Iodine-bromine salt – successfully used in brine and cosmetic baths, it also works well as a body scrub. It moisturizes and smoothes the skin and supports regeneration after physical exertion.

• Iodine-bromine thermal salt is a highly mineralized salt.
• It contains a high concentration of minerals such as iodine, bromine, calcium, magnesium, silicon, and selenium.

Use

• Cosmetic bath: Pour 200 grams of salt into a bathtub of warm water. You can add 5-10 drops of your favorite MOKOSH essential oil to the bath.
• Brine bath: Prepare a bath at a temperature of 36-38°C and with a 1-5% salt concentration in water (a 1% solution is obtained by dissolving 1000 grams of salt in 100 liters of water). The bath is best taken in the evening before bed. The bath lasts 10-20 minutes. It is best to take baths in a series of 10 sessions, every other day, twice a year, or as a one-time treatment.
• Body scrub: Apply salt combined with a MOKOSH cosmetic carrier oil (e.g., jojoba or argan oil) to the skin and exfoliate using circular motions. Then rinse with water without using any cleansing products.
