The unsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA, which we know earlier under the collective name Omega 3, are essential substances. That is, those that are necessary for the body to function, but it cannot create them itself, and we must provide them in food. The best known source of Omega 3 fatty acids is fish oil.

Features:
