Dosage: 2 tablets per day during the main meal.

Swallow with water or cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take the tablets on an empty stomach. This complete formula replaces other multivitamins in the Perfectil ® series. There is no need to take additional multivitamins. The product contains iron which, if administered in large quantities, may be harmful to young children.
