The only drawback is that you fall asleep reliably, but not all the way through. I still wake up after 4 to 5 hours of sleep and can't fall asleep again. Fazit nach fast einmonatigem Gebrauch: man schläft tatsächlich rasch ein. Man wird nicht abhängig und auch stellt sich kein Gewöhnungseffekt ein. Einziges Manko: man schläft zwar zuverlässig ein, jedoch nicht durch. Ich wache somit weiterhin nach 4 bis 5 Stunden Schlaf auf und kann dann nicht mehr einschlafen. De facto habe ich jedoch dank dem Produkt mehr Schlaf als davor.
