Description
Food supplement with melatonin and passionflower extract, with sweeteners.
Melatonin plays an important role in the physiological processes of sleep and wakefulness. 1 mg of melatonin, taken shortly before bed, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and a minimum dose of 0.5 mg helps alleviate the effects of jet lag.
The product is easy to use thanks to the dosing spray head.
Lemon and mint flavor.

Ingredients
Water; sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol; ethyl alcohol, melatonin, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., flowering aerial parts) dry extract; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavors (peppermint essential oil and lemon essential oil).
Alcohol 5% vol.
Suitable for vegans.

How to use
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep: spray 2 times directly into the mouth approximately 30 minutes before going to bed (2 sprays = 1 mg of melatonin).

To relieve the effects of jet lag: 1 spray directly into the mouth before bed. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin (1 spray) shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, using this product for long periods of time, or are taking medication.
The product should only be used before going to bed.
Do not administer before using machinery or before driving.
Do not take with alcohol.
It contains no sugar.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
