Description
Food supplement with PinkAktive.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin before bedtime, the day before travel, and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Hops contribute to relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).
Black pepper has antioxidant properties.

Ingredients
PinkAktive (Humulus lupulus L. extract, Melatonin Microactive, Piper nigrum L. extract).
Hops (Humulus lupulus L., maltodextrin) strobili es tit. 0.4% total flavonoids; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Melatonin Microactive (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium alginate, microcrystalline cellulose, carnauba wax, melatonin) es tit. 3% melatonin; glazing agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc; black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit es tit. 98% piperine; colourings: E171, E120; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed.
