Ingredients

Nettle extract DER 4:1 (Urtica dioica), horsetail herb extract DER 4:1 (Equisetum Arvense L.) [7% silica], vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron (ferrous fumarate), zinc (zinc citrate), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), copper (copper sulfate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B7 (D-biotin), selenium (sodium selenite), bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
