The medicine contains two active ingredients, paracetamol – an analgesic (painkiller) and butylscopolamine bromide – an antispasmodic (anticonvulsant).

Use

• treatment of symptoms of dysmenorrhea or other visceral pain
• during radiodiagnostic procedures and before gastrointestinal endoscopy

Dosage and dosing schedules

Adults and children over 12 years of age - with a body weight of 34-60 kg: 1 tablet is administered 1-3 times a day. The interval between individual doses should be at least 8 hours. - with a body weight of over 60 kg: 2 tablets are administered 1-3 times a day. The interval between individual doses should be at least 8 hours. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

The medicine can be taken for a maximum of 3 days without consulting a doctor.

How to use

The tablet should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid. The effect of food on the speed and intensity of action is not reported.

Warning

• The drug can be used during pregnancy only on the recommendation of a doctor and after weighing the risks and benefits of treatment.
• The drug is contraindicated during breastfeeding.
• The medicine is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
• Increased caution is required in patients with impaired renal and hepatic function and in patients with heart disease (mitral stenosis, coronary artery disease).

• The drug may affect the central nervous system and cause accommodation disorders; driving and operating machinery are prohibited during treatment.
