Description
Oxalin Baby 0.25 mg/g is a medicine in the form of a nasal gel intended for use in children aged 1 to 6 years. The active substance of the drug is oxymetazoline at a concentration of 0.25 mg/g, belonging to the group of drugs called sympathomimetics.
The drug applied locally to the mucous membrane reduces swelling of the mucous membrane and limits excessive secretion, resulting in free breathing through the nose. It unblocks the nasal passages and facilitates the drainage of secretions from the paranasal sinuses.
The gel formula of the drug hydrates the mucous membrane and prevents the flow of the drug into the throat.
