Properties of ingredients

Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions - affect the body's endurance during long-term endurance exercises and the absorption of water during training.
Thiamine, riboflavin, vitamins B6 and B12, C - support energy metabolism.
Riboflavin, niacin, biotin, thiamine, B12, B6, vitamin C - support the nervous system.
Pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, vitamins B12 and B6, vitamin C - reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin D - supports muscle function.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 serving daily during training. Dissolve 1 serving in 250 ml of water.
