Properties:
- is a food supplement without hormones for pre-menopausal or menopausal women;
- it can be administered starting from the age of 40;

Way of ussage:
1 capsule per day, during the main meal.
Suitable for long-term use.

Active ingredients:
EPA and DHA are long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids from the Omega 3 family.
Endophospholipids are complex lipids called phospholipids, rich in long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids from the Omega 3 family.
Iron and vitamin B9 can help reduce fatigue for a well-being every day.
Beta-carotene, also called provitamin A, is a precursor to vitamin A that can play an important role in skin health, the latter, combined with Lamb's Tongue oil, can help preserve skin radiance.
Zinc and vitamin E can help protect cells against oxidative stress.
Zinc can help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails.
