Properties:

- it differs from the usual varieties of honey both in its nutritional value and in aspects such as consistency, color and taste, a slightly sweet one, but very intense and aromatic;
- produced by bees from the nectar of Manuka flowers, harvested, tested and certified with a content of at least 400 mg/kg of methylglyoxal, Manuka honey SuperLife UMF 13+ | MGO 400+.
Way of ussage:
Internal use: 3 - 4 teaspoons per day, for at least 6-8 weeks or until symptoms improve or disappear, following a balanced diet.
For maximum effectiveness, Manuka honey is consumed 30 minutes before the main meals of the day.
External use: apply directly to the skin and protect the area with a compress.
Cosmetic use: as an ingredient in various cosmetic masks for the face and hair.
