First Aid Lenil
Powdered powder

Ideal for providing first aid in case of burns, wounds and abrasions.
It is also used in the presence of ulcers, bedsores, and lesions resulting from radiotherapy.
Applied to the affected area, they create a moist and aseptic environment ideal for tissue regeneration: chitosan (0.5%) forms a protective film that isolates the affected area from the outside and helps create a moist environment, while metallic silver (0.1%) releases silver ions that bind to the DNA and RNA of bacteria, inhibiting their multiplication.
It is an alternative to topical treatments with antibiotics and cortisone: it guarantees a clear improvement in the clinical picture after just 30 minutes of application and a complete resolution of inflammation with a significant increase in re-epithelialization of the treated areas.
