Thanks to its extraordinary formula, Cake Eye Liner is particularly intense in color pigment and long-lasting. Applied with Cake Eye Liner Sealer, it provides additional resistance to transfer and ultra-water resistance. Use to create contoured eyebrows - use a thin brush, moisten it with water and apply with light movements for a visible look. It can also be used to give body paint a matte effect.
