I knew about efectte from online, I bought it for liver detox and hoping it will help me reduce visceral fat and bloating.

Sorry I didn't take pictures before. In 4 days (I put oil at night before bed, on my belly and wrap in foil) it's half my belly, it's like some wonder drug. I haven't made any diet or physical activity changes, it just helps.
