Instructions for use:
Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should apply Kneipp® Arnica Ointment S to the skin several times a day with a light, stroking massage, as needed. For example, use an approximately 8 cm long strip of cream for the area of ​​a lower leg; for larger or smaller areas, use more or less accordingly. Do not massage in cases of acute inflammation; instead, use a cream compress with a layer of cream about the thickness of a knife blade. A white film may initially form upon application, which will disappear with further rubbing. Storing Kneipp® Arnica Ointment S in the refrigerator enhances its cooling effect.
